WAEA will formally take on its new name and identity "Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX)," at the conclusion of the 31st Annual Conference & Exhibition.

The WAEA 31st Annual Conference & Exhibition is co-located with International Flight Services Association (IFSA) and Aircraft Interiors Expo Americas (AIX).

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be requested in writing and must be emailed no later than 1 August 2010. Registration fees, less an administrative fee of $150 USD, will be refunded. All approved refunds will be paid after the Conference and no refunds will be available after 1 August 2010.
